Do You Have A Policy About Working Naked?

I just read about NetFlix’s vacation policy, and think it is a great indicator of what their corporate culture is like. So what is it? It isn’t. There is no policy or tracking of vacations.

How did this smart and simple thinking come about? An employee pointed out that we dont track hours worked per day or per week, so why are we tracking days of vacations per  year?  And that is when they realized that they should focus on what people get done, not how many hours or  days worked. Just as they don’t have an 9-‐5 day  policy, they don’t need a vacation policy.

As they like to point out “There is also no clothing policy at NeFlix, but no one has come to work naked lately.”
